Drying the structure prior to insulation and drywall to a correct moisture content range is crucial in eliminating structural defects, mold, and other aesthetic issues.

Through our DryRated™ program, we will ensure your structure is dried to an optimum moisture content. Our professionals take weekly moisture readings, which allow us to provide charts, documenting the drying progress from start to finish. A certificate is included in our DryRated™ program certifying the house has been DryRated™.

When the structure has reached an optimum moisture content, you will receive a packet containing the following:

• A certificate identifying the specific address & services performed.
• Charts & Graphs displaying the progression of the DryRated™ process from start to finish.
• A DryRated™ Certificate indicating the structure has reached an optimum moisture content.
